Due to this early arrival, I was given a queen size handicap access room, rather than the king size regular room I'd booked. the shower was awful - totally outdated (not the nice, "heavy showers" kind on their ads) & not totally clean. Staff was minimally helpful on local directions.

The staff was extremely courteous, the room was large and clean, the free breakfast was more than adequate, and it is very convenient to Lechmere station. Easy to find, good value for the dollar.
