The hotel is in the midst of being converted to a Crowne Plaza, so some construction going on; our room looked like it had already been redone. Elevators are cramped & don't have A/C. A/C in rooms are built-in wall units with a loud fan.

Pros: Free Wireless Internet!
Cons: A/C fan is loud, elevators are cramped.

I was pleased with the location of the hotel. We were there to see a Musical and it was in a great location! It was under construction, so that was probably a negative and the elevators were slow and a little scary.

Pros: New Rooms
Cons: Elevators

The hotel itself is very clean. I had no problems with the housekeeping or wake up calls. They are in the process of remodeling, but that wasn't inconvenient at all. The bathroom was great (the shower head had good pressure and was tall enough for me). Very close to 16th street!!

Room was tucked in a corner and was narrow and hidden. Lots of hot water. Coffee rrings on the counter and no vacuuming the 4 days of stay. I did not receive a wake up call Food great in restaurant, prompt room service.

My partner and I were attending a seminar at the Colorado Convention Center. This location is an easy walk to both the CC and plenty of dining for lunch and dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Room service does not cost an arm and a leg and they have a great breakfast buffet.

Don't look for frills here. You get a small, basic room. Clean? Yes, but the bathroom doesn't even have a ceiling fan - and you have to pay $16 a night to park!

The rooms and hallways had an odor. The bed was very uncomfortable. They are in the process of updating furniture but only the upper floors have new beds, etc. Very overpriced.
