Reviewed by Payton B. of Irvine of CA USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Mar-2007 The renovations have been finished at the Crowne Plaza and all I have to say it wow! The Hotel looks amazing. The new renovation of the lobby bar and their new C Street restaurant. The rooms are so spacious and clean with big comfy beds. Even better due to the location of this hotel it is walking distance to the beach. You also have the option of downtown which is also just a walk away. The food was wonderful and the staff was even more spactacular.

Got charged $5 parking fee, but didn't use their lot since I didn't have a vehicle. Will despute this with Corporate Office. Very satisfied with room and restaurant though!

I told the asst. mngr. of our obvious disappointment and NOTHING was done! We were so excited to be there only to be let down big time. We do not suggest this location.
