When they conmplained abut it, the server said they'll come out soon, but never came. My parents eventually cancelled for everything. The restaurant workers should be more trained for this poor service. |

We did not get the ammenities we thought we would...we had a room with 2 full size beds, but no dresser in which to put our clothes. The room was pretty bare-bones. The view was nothing you would care to look at. We were on vacation, and it would have been nice to have a view of Philly. Also, the vending machine on our floor was out of order. The good things I can say about it was that was that it was very quiet, did not smell like smoke, and was fairly clean.Could use improving - room |
