Reviewed by Kim P. of SEATTLE, of WA USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 We got there, checked in. We had requested 2 non smoking rooms. When we went to our rooms, they reaked of smoke. We went back down to the desk and they immediately changed our rooms. It was great. They checked on us 3 times to make sure everything was ok. All the staff were very friendly and outgoing. They loved our dog. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they did not have a jacuzzi. |

Reviewed by Mike G. of on Nov-2006 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2006 We have 2 children aged 4 and 8. It was great to be at the Holiday Inn where kids eat free in the restaurant. The pool was nice although lacking a hot tub/spa and the shallow area for smaller kids was very limited. The Saunas were in a separate area and not turned on so you needed to wait. Service from the restaurant and front desk was excellent. Parking fee was extra |

Reviewed by Joseph D. of on Oct-2006 Stayed at the Property - Oct-2006 The location is good but it's much too loud here. The room faced the street and the street was quite loud and the window did not muffle the sounds at all. It was especially bad on the weekend (it being Halloween did not help) but even during the week it was loud. Also, could hear the neighbors entirely too well, including their more private moments. Good location with respect to Robson street and so forth but question whether it was worth it. I was expecting more from a name brand hotel like this. |

Reviewed by Amber S. of , of MI on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2004 We stayed one night at this hotel and found it to be a good value for the money. The rooms were quiet- we were on the top floor. Parking is $14 for 24 hours, which isn't bad compared to what you would pay other places in the city. You can walk to the Vancouver art gallery, shopping, and restaurants from the hotel. However, we did have problems with the key cards, which would stop working and then start again. A replacement key card still wouldn't work every time. |
