That was the dirtiest, most cramped hotel room I've ever had. There were actually holes in the walls, and you couldn't run the AC while trying to sleep because it was so loud. Lastly, the front desk staff acted as if you were bothering them by trying to check-in. I'd sleep in my car before returning there! |

Reviewed by Roland B. of Vancouver of WA USA on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2007 We were assigned a room on the 11/F Priority Club but the room smell musty. No bath tub. We complain to the front desk and gave us a different room on 3/F but to our surprise it has also a strange smell. We requested a different room again but were asked to speak to the front desk manager that has a very bad English accent and told us that all the rooms smell the same and it was totally an awful smell and can't believe that the Front Desk Manager claims that all their rooms smells like that. She recommended to have the house keeping come over to spray the room but they never came. |

They are the least cooperative at best. None of many long distance calls and emails worked, because they never respond. I needed to revisit the hotel to make them admit that it was an overcharge, yet they still keep my money after a month. If you want a trouble, this is the hotel to go. |
