We stayed one night for a cheerleading competition held at the Conv. Center. Location was perfect. Hotel needs some updating which appears to be what they are doing.

Pros: Location to conv. center
Cons: the parking garage. Also the beds.

We went for 4 days to see Orioles games & see sites around Baltimore. Convenient to stadiums & inner harbor. Pleasantly surprised by cleanliness of rooms which were also roomy & comfortable. We had read negative reviews prior to booking room, but chose to stay anyway due to location.

Pros: convenient location
Cons: elevators small

What a huge mistake! When we checked in, we were overcharged for the parking, and when I asked the man at the front desk about the price he simply ignored my question (twice), checked me in, and asked me for a credit card for the parking deposit. When we got upstairs, the man downstairs had checked us into someone elses room, so we had to go back downstairs to get rechecked in and make sure we wouldn't get charged for the other person's room charges. When we tried to take a shower on both days, there was NO HOT WATER in at all! Avoid at all costs!

Pros: Harbor Proximity
Cons: No hot water, rude staff, overcharged for parking

I stayed for a week, and generally enjoyed it. I got it in a package deal, and it was very reasonable. The location is nice, within close walking distance to the inner harbor and the convention center. There wasn't much customer service..no concierge, just a bunch of brochures. Anyway, I have no regrets. The rooms are a bit worn, and some furniture looks like it could use replacing, and the room was a bit musty and the windows didn't open. Beyond that, the pool was nice, and it was an acceptable budget option for the location.

Pros: Location
Cons: Some furniture needed replacing

The hotel was ok. Not worth the money we paid. Hair in the shower (that wasn't ours) to go with the mildew and mold. Front desk assigned us another guest room in error and called us at almoust nine at night to say there was a issue. I have worked a front desk before and know they could have handled with out calling us. We were in bed and falling asleep. Very close to the ball park but a new hotel is being built right behind the Holiday Inn which could cause noise issues in the future.

Pros: easy to drive too
Cons: bathrooms
