The check-in clerk was haughty and snooty, the foldout bed was unsleepable (broken and sporting a urine stain) and the noise and over-crowding in the pool area kept us from utilizing the facilities. We won't be back.

It's the only place in Redding where we find a room that we can put the kids to bed, shut the sliding doors and have some time just to ourselves. It doesn't cost much different than the other places that don't offer the 2-room suites. The breakfast is usually very good, though I miss the days when it was serve yourself! Now you are served! Still good, though.
