This hotel was ranked 4 star. I was very surprised at that rating upon our arrival. There are rooms in the main building, we were in the adjacent annex. The rooms were not 4 star, maybe 2+. I did not see the room in the main building, I can not comment on them. I did ask the desk clerk about them and she said they were all the same except for the suites.

The front desk staff at this hotel are some of the rudest, unprofessional, unorganized persons we have dealt with while traveling. They lied to us in regards to billing issues, kept us waiting for toilet repairs for hours and had an "oh well" attitude in regards to complaints. The manager would not call us back regarding our complaints. The on-site grille rarely got our order right and even tried to serve us food that had been dropped on the ground. It was a dismal choice. Do not make the mistake of staying there. There are plenty of other choices near-by.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, accommodating staff. Zinfandel Grille great for dinner. Breakfast there needs some work--slow service, mistakes on orders. Would definitely stay there again.
