There are rooms in the main building, we were in the adjacent annex. The rooms were not 4 star, maybe 2+. I did not see the room in the main building, I can not comment on them. I did ask the desk clerk about them and she said they were all the same except for the suites. |

They lied to us in regards to billing issues, kept us waiting for toilet repairs for hours and had an "oh well" attitude in regards to complaints. The manager would not call us back regarding our complaints. The on-site grille rarely got our order right and even tried to serve us food that had been dropped on the ground. It was a dismal choice. Do not make the mistake of staying there. There are plenty of other choices near-by. |

They lied to us in regards to how our billing would be handled and left us with a broken toilet for hours. The manager would not return our calls to handle our complaints regarding our billing issues and other numerous issues. Room service delivered food to us that had been dropped on the ground. Too many complaints to list. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!There are many other options near-by. |
