Lots of drawer space. Our card key never failed?we?ve been frustrated elsewhere where keys need to be re-programmed every day. Front desk personnel were personable, pleasant, helpful. Back home we discovered our teen?s iPod charger was left behind, they shipped it cheerfully. Just a block and a half in either direction to the T, world-class shopping and restaurants. Reasonably-priced onsite parking and internet. Want pampering? Stay elsewhere. Want a GREAT LOCATION at great price? (Think motel.) Stay here.

My stay was fantastic. The staff was incredibly courteous- they even called me to ask if I wanted to switch rooms because I was about to be surrounded my 15 rooms worth of high schoolers! Great value, great staff, great location!

Pros: low cost
Cons: look slightly outdated

The Midtown is a great place for the value-- it's located halfway between 2 subway stops on the green line (prudential & symphony), the staff was very courteous, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The only downside was that the heating system in our room couldn't seem to heat our room completely.

Pros: value, staff
Cons: heating system
