Our card key never failed?we?ve been frustrated elsewhere where keys need to be re-programmed every day. Front desk personnel were personable, pleasant, helpful. Back home we discovered our teen?s iPod charger was left behind, they shipped it cheerfully. Just a block and a half in either direction to the T, world-class shopping and restaurants. Reasonably-priced onsite parking and internet. Want pampering? Stay elsewhere. Want a GREAT LOCATION at great price? (Think motel.) Stay here.

The staff was incredibly courteous- they even called me to ask if I wanted to switch rooms because I was about to be surrounded my 15 rooms worth of high schoolers! Great value, great staff, great location!

The only downside was that the heating system in our room couldn't seem to heat our room completely.
