Reviewed by Linda M. of on Feb-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2007 The hotel reservations desk messed up our reservations from day 1. Thankfully, we got it straightened out with the manager who took all the blame (wouldn't say it was his fault-but applaud him on how he handled it). He gave us some breakfast discounts. Our card didn't work in the door twice, had to go to desk to get in room-fire alarm went off unannounced-false alarm, just testing-water turned off in middle of one of the nights we were there, no notice. On plus side, room was comfortable. Would stay again if price was right! Staff we dealt with were friendly.

Reviewed by Paul A. of Scottsdale of AZ United States on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2007 It started with check-in when our room was not ready until 11 p.m. They lost our reservation, everything stunk of stale smoke, and the customer service was argumentative and horrible. The only thing for them is that they are the only large resort in the area.
Pros:	The view from the rooms.
Cons:	Everything is smokey and cust. service is terrible
