The room was less then small The temperature could not be seen since it was hidden behind the television cabinet, half eaten cashews left in the room Additional charges appeared on bill. Bath tub drain backing up with water to shin, when I called hotel operator, she knew situation and the problem was never taken care, for the five days I stay.. This is as unprofessional, and apathetic management team. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere,

Well appointed but be aware that the hotel is located in the financial district and some to the stores in the immediate vicinity were closed. Close to transportation. Serve was great. I would stay there again.
