Reviewed by Beverley W. of Wentzville of MO on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 The bathroom ceiling had mold from a leak from the bath above!! Tile grout was scary!!! Pool closed with no explanation. Would not stay at this hotel again. First bad experience with this chain |

Managers were not truthful about cancellation policies - was told one thing at reservation time and another at check-in. Tried to force us to pay for a night we did not use by claiming 3 night minimum. Poor amenities, only one very small bar of soap, worn linens, minimal towels, rather dingy bathroom. Pool closed with no explanation. This hotel is not up to Comfort Inn standards. Owners/managers seemed to take every opportunity to cut corners.Could use improving - amenities, service |
