I spoke to the front desk staff in person before I left and was told everything was fixed. Called 4 times to fix. No return calls from them as promised. Ended up calling national line to get problem resolved. Not rocket science- lack of care and paying attention on their end.

For the money this is an excellence place to stay. It was quite, comfortable and clean. It had a nice desk on which to work with your computer, and the bright lights for reading. The location was in a safe area, and right in the heart of things.
