The game (near pool) were completely rundown and disgusting - how hard can it be to replace pingpong paddles? The size of our room was nice, but is smelled HORRIBLE and we had to air out the room right away. It smelled like smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Frontdesk person on 1st day was not friendly at all, although the man the next day was very nice. This hotel is a very good location and is close to Busch Gardens.

Our business assoc. had a horrific headache from it and woke at 4 AM because of it. The breakfast food was barely palitable. Would NOT stay there again - too high priced for mold & mildew smelling rooms. The pool was very nice. Staff was also very nice.

Having the suite set-up made it that much nicer - not just your typical hotel room. The staff was very friendly and helpful even with out late check in.
