We weren't put in "pet room" but a normal non-smoking room which I thought was great! The room was great, staff was great...definitely pay for a club level room. Would highly recommend!

Accommodations are excellent, the rooms spacious, well-maintained and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is $10 a day. We would certainly stay here again.

Front desk staff was great, housekeeping was friendly, and room service was delievered by a very friendly lady and food was great! I could not complain about anything... so I won't! I would love to stay here again, now I just have to figure out why I would need to be in San Jose again. :)
