Reviewed by T. of Albany, GA USA on Nov-2007 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2007 The room was very nice and clean. XXX, was very help to us when we arrived. We had to call the front desk to get our room clean the next day. If you want to get a good nignt sleep do not stay during a home game for FSU. I did not have free connect to the internet in the room. The parking garage is not lighted well and the spaces are tight.
Pros:	The room was very nice.
Cons:	The shower curtins need cleaning at the bottom.

Zero ventilation in the bathroom. Sometimes hot water sometimes not. double charged to our credit card for the 2 night stay and after 15 days still can't get a reply or refund We will come back to Tallahassee but defiantly not to Doubletree

The parking was difficult, however, and the guy that was hired to keep freeloading "day-parkers" out of the lot was patronizing and insulting. The card activated parking device was broken which meant dealing with him. .

Reviewed by Lisa D. of Tampa of FL on Feb-2007 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2007 There is always something that goes wrong at this hotel -- this time it was having the PORN channel turned ON, so that when you scrolled through the regular TV menu, you scrolled right through the Porn channel. This was disgusting. The front desk is never too concerned with anything that goes wrong. Also, some of us were trapped on the parking garage exit ramp for about 10 minutes one evening because the lever control mechanism wasn't working and they had trouble fixing it. On the plus side, the beds were comfy, maid service was good, and the elevators were fully operational.
