Reviewed by Nicole S. of Allen Park of MI USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 1) 5 min after our supposed to be 3 but 4 o'clock check-in they knocked on the door to clean our room. 2) Pool was being resurfaced and they didn't tell us when we booked 3) Put us in a handicapped room with no tub to give our 1 1/2 yr old a bath 4) shower head that was detachable would not attach to the wall so we had to hold it up while showering 5)asked for a shuttle to a restaurant...no problem...called for a ride back and they said 20 min...got picked up 1 1/2 hours later 6) toilet overflowed 7) cable was reg. TV with good reception plus HBO (about 20 chanels) 8) out of date rooms

Reviewed by Drew S. of on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2007 My friends and I stayed here for the Outback Bowl this year; The location of the hotel and rooms were great however the barstaff was horrible; they were rude and the service was terrible considering how much money we spent in a bar that on any other night(s) is lucky to see 2 people the entire evening. Go Penn State!!

The limited roomservice and restaurants dont open early enough for business travellers. The gym equipment is unsafe. My room was not cleaned by 4pm, in fact they started to clean it and stopped half way through.. so it was dirtier than when I left it. Few parking spaces available after dark. DONT STAY HERE.
