When we were checking in, there were two families that cam down from the rooms upstairs and threw their keys on the counter and demanded their room be canceled and wanted their money back. Halls smelled and some of the rooms were trashed!

Pros: close to the airport
Cons: everthing else

Very Very Hard to find a parking place. Had to jump the curb and park in the grass two of the nights I was there. The breakfast corner "nook" can only handle 3 or 4 people at a time. Very small selection. OK for a person that is not picky and in a hurry. Room and bed was very good, but on the first stay the room had not been cleaned well. Halls and elevators needed to be cleaned and/or redone. Elevators didn't look like they had seen a good cleaning in months.

Pros: the room
Cons: Where do I begin?

Beds were comfortable, pillows soft! I like having sheet covered duvets rather than using bedspreads, much more sanitary! Drapes, bedding new, bathrooms clean. Great to park and fly to the airport, service was quick, staff friendly. Would stay again! Only downside, watch bill if you paid ahead, tried to charge me again. Also, breakfast is free but only 6a to 9 a, quality not great, waffle batter left out and soured.

Pros: Covered duvets
Cons: attitude of employees

We stayed here before we flew out of town. Close to airport - the shuttle driver was great - very frienldy. The front desk staff were rude. Did not even get a thank you when I checked out! The common areas of the hotel were run down, but the rooms were great.

Paid for a room for my 18 year old son traveling on a college recruitment trip. Took the shuttle to the Hotel and they would not allow him to either early check in or leave his luggage. Staff were completely unhelpful and unfreindly. He arranged a ride to the college with his luggage and they ended up put him up for the night. Never even got to even check in. Lousy

Went down to St. Louis for my 30th birthday and to catch a Cardinals game. About 15 minute drive to downtown. Great night sleep, and good size rooms (king). Breakfast was adequate and there is a buffet for lunch and dinner (6-8 dollars I believe). Staff was ok, some did not seem they wanted to be working that day.
