Reviewed by D. A. of Chicago of IL USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Mar-2007 I stated in my online reservations that we needed a room for 4 adults as our children are over 18 years of age. Upon check-in, the front desk hassled us about the "extra" people and said he should charge us $40 per person over two adults. If you want to charge us the extra per person, PLEASE add those charges to our online reservations - not as a surprise upon check-in. He let us know he was doing us a great favor by waving this fee and then gave us our TWO free cookies. My husband saw that his drawer was full of cookies! We felt like he was doing us a favor by letting us stay there. |
