Descriptive Property Review
Reviewed by William D. of on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 This is not what I expected from this type of hotel. Our room sink was clogged and did not clean up after the problem was corrected, our rooms were not made up when we arrived back after 5:30 pm and did not apologize but rather gave us an attitude. I asked for clean set of towels instead but took 40 minutes instead of the 10 minutes they promised. I waited 5 minutes for 3 hotel clerks to listen to 1 customer in front of me before they responded to my presence. I will spread the word to others who travels in that area to avoid this hotel. Could use improving - Customer Service
