No elevators making it difficult for us "old people" to haul bags upstairs. Security entrance door to wing did not close. Had to wait until after 10pm to find a parking place in their lot because of a convention at the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean.

When we arrived, I asked about food and she gave me about 8 options within walking distance! They were all good; it was really amazing. I went to Marie Calendar's and had pie and coffee. The check-in was fast, and easy. Room was great: Clean, quiet, nice space for doing some work, (high-speed wireless was great) watching some tv (ESPN 1,2, and Classic! for you sports fans). I had no problems during my stay at all. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean and tidy. A great place to stay.

The customer service here is great, the breakfast came with the price of the room, this was a good size savings considering we travel with our children.
