My check-in took 90 minutes. They gave my reserved room to another guest and never took responsibility for their error. Their offer was a roll away bed at the same price. There I was 6-1/2 hours from home, having to attend a conference for a week, sleeping on a roll away bed. It was very obvious their only concern was money and not service. Manager was extremely unprofessional. I ended up missing the first session of conference dealing with these imigrants.

The renovated bathroom was lovely and the room was nice and clean. I thought it was a little strange that there were no towels though. We practically had to BEG for them. Also, breakfast was nothing to get excited about. One morning there was NOTHING!!!! This hotel is not in the nicest part of the city, but its good on a budget.

The room had smell of tobacco although we booked non-smoking but The building had the smell of indian incense and that is fine with us. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean . During our stay we weren't disturbed. It is just when we wanted to leave a day earlier than planed we ran into some problem. I hope they can have a better attitude when dealing with this. Minor point: The room could use a few more chairs. Generally speaking it is good value for the money we spent.

Housekeeping pays attention to detail, and the room rennovations are georgeous. One suggestion, though, while marble is beautiful, it can be very slippery in a bath setting. There were no safety rails to hold on to, so getting in and out of the shower required a little care. Otherwise everything was great.

I had a nonsmoking room but when I walked in I could tell that someone clearly didn't obey the rules. The bathroom was nice and newly renovated and we had a nice flat panel TV. The bed was not the most comfortable but it suffice. Hotel was located near the mall and many other places to go eat (get groceries). I have no big complaints for the price and I will stay again. (Staff was nice too)

The continental breakfast was NOTHING fancy (just OK if you wanna grab a little something to go). There was a REALLY strange smell, although it wasn't in my room (4th floor). They were renovating bathrooms at the time so there was quite a lot of noise outside of the advertised hours. OK if you're on a tight budget.

The continental breakfast was NOTHING fancy (just OK if you wanna grab a little something to go). There was a REALLY strange smell, although it wasn't in my room (4th floor). They were renovating bathrooms at the time so there was quite a lot of noise outside of the advertised hours. OK if you're on a tight budget.

Also, this hotel runs on central heat & air. Even with the room at 85 degrees, because it was not summer, we couldn't have the ac. BAD Odor, POOR condition, UNPROFESSIONAL staff. We're staying @ a different hotel tonight!

I had a nonsmoking room but when I walked in I could tell that someone clearly didn't obey the rules. The bathroom was nice and newly renovated and we had a nice flat panel TV. The bed was not the most comfortable but it suffice. Hotel was located near the mall and many other places to go eat (get groceries). I have no big complaints for the price and I will stay again. (Staff was nice too)

Laundry facility needed updates only 1 washer and dryer for all guests. All in all had a great experience. Would stay again.
