The pool is a little small for large groups and is in the very beginning stages of needing some maintenance - extensive grout & tile cleaning. BUT again - the very beginning stages.

Whilst location is a little remote with nothing to admire out of your window, ten minutes easy driving places you in fifth avenue downtown Naples. Will certainly use again.

It was conveniently located, but had no restaurant or bar within the hotel. However, there was a McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway and Dunkin Donuts within walking distance, which was great since I did not rent a car. I had a problem with my room at check-in - they tried to put me a room with a full sized bed (yep, FULL size), but I had a confirmed reservation for a King. I went to the front desk and they changed my room immediately without any questions. Pool was dirty, though. I really enjoyed my stay and will return there again.

It was new and located withing walking distance to McDonald's Taco Beel, Subway and Dunkin Donuts. Great since I did not have a car. Other restaurants were nearby. Had a problem with the room (I paid for a king bed and they tried to put me in a full (not even a Queen)), but I went to the front dest and it was corrected quickly. Room was very clean and spacious. Pool was dirty, though. After this trip, I'm thinking about moving to Florida.
