Yuma Microtel will not honor room rates paid for on the internet. They just don't care. Rooms are small, beds and pillows hard.

Pros: Pool
Cons: Service is terrible

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The first night was great but the 2nd night was horrible. The people above us were so noisy and they put someone next to us that had a dog that barken at night. We left in the middle of the night and told the receptionist about this problem and they acted as if this happen every weekend. Will not return again.......

Pros: location
Cons: noise

I stayed for 1 night on my way from Palm Springs CA to Phoenix AZ. The hotel is about 12 miles east of Yuma. The hotel is standard Microtel. Rooms are a little on the small side but adequate. No real faults but nothing to write home about either! The reception staff were perfectly amenable. The breakfast was what you'd expect. Mind you, at this price, you can't really complain!

Pros: Price
Cons: Nothing really

The staff is very nice and accomodating. THe pool and jacuzzi were in excellent condition. In the shower, some paint was peeling. The room, kitchenette, and bathroom were clean.

Pros: pool and jacuzzi
Cons: bathroom repairs
