Great location this is the ONLY hotel to stay at if you are coming to NOLA to party on Bourbon! Yes rooms are noisy and small but perfect for what you use them for. Great staff always willing to help. Have stayed here for Mardi Gras several times and will always return

Pros: LOCATION!
Cons: none

Wonderful visit to the French Quarter for our first time. Hotel conveniently located within walkling distance of all of our 1st time must sees such as trip on the paddle boat, Cafe Du Monde, Aunt Sallys, Emeril's, shopping etc. Wish the hotel had better monitoring of noise on floors after 2:00 AM. Wouldn't want to stay on French Quarter during Mardi Gras unless there just to party!

Cons: Noise Levels after Mid-nite

My group was in town for a conference, and we all had the same experience: unpleasant staff; dirty rooms, poor service. Front desk staff were preoccupied with talking with people out on the street and wouldn't attend to our needs. Had to ask for towels every day as staff didn't leave any. Carpets were stained with who knows what - this was one week after MartiGras. Not worth the money at all. Stay somewhere else. VERY NOISY regardless of room location. Glad we didn't have the kids with this trip!

Pros: Courtyard

Only stayed one night. Price was reasonable for a balcony room. Lobby is very nice. Room was clean. It was great to park the vehicle as soon as we got there & walk wherever we wanted to go. We got a room on Toulouse with a balcony & was pretty loud. Interior rooms may be better. Would definately stay again!

If you are sensitive to noise, do not stay there. The adjacent three corners contain bars that blast music until 4:00 am every weekend. Even an interior courtyard room was a little loud. The location is perfect but you are RIGHT in the middle of the action. If you want any kind of sleep, slay a block or two off Bourbon street. The rooms were simple, clean, with plenty of space. The staff was wonderful. They were so happy to help you with anything you needed. If you want to experience the party atmosphere in the French Quarter, this hotel is perfect. I would definitely stay again.

As a frequent NOLA visitor I typically stay just outside the French Quarter, however, I was traveling with a disabled family member. Although the Quarter can be challenging to negotiate with a wheelchair, this is the perfect location for it. Ancillary staff are very helpful. However, the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. Over an hour to receive an ice bucket & 45 minutes for a bell hop. We ended up carrying our bags & wheelchair to the valet ourselves. The parking is $25 +3 tax, not $18 as quoted.

Great place! If you want to be in the center of "EVERYTHING" NOLA has to offer then this is the place for you! Beautiful place inside & out. Nice rooms; if you want quiet get an interior room. Walking distance to "everywhere you need to go". Ya gotta eat at ACME, great food, especially the baked oysters, all within walking distance of the hotel. Trust me you "will not" be disappointed.

Pros: location
Cons: customer service

Great place! If you want to be in the center of "EVERYTHING" NOLA has to offer then this is the place for you! Beautiful place inside & out. Nice rooms; if you want quiet get an interior room. Walking distance to "everywhere you need to go". Ya gotta eat at ACME, great food, especially the baked oysters, all within walking distance of the hotel. Trust me you "will not" be disappointed. I will be back & stay here without a doubt!

Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: Not a damn thing, PERFECT!

Fabulous location! Great price! Fantastic staff! We were greeted at checkin with wine! LOVE it! The carpet in the elevator stuck and jammed the door. But, not a huge problem.

Pros: location
Cons: elevator carpet!
