There's no shuttle from the airport so a cab cost $*. Later I used the Metro (City Tower) to return to the airport for just $*. Rooms weren't ready at 1pm so I had to check bags and return in the evening. Service, in general, was slow. Also most elevators required you to use your card but one did not. So it's not entirely secure. The staff and the free breakfasts were nice and at under $* a night (avg) the price was great.

Pros: breakfast
Cons: Responsiveness

This facility is ok but the parking garage is quite a walk from the hotel lobby and there were no luggage carts. Valet parking would have been a big improvement.

Room was spacious and clean;convenient walk to many attractions. No frills service (bed not made by housekeeping, I felt as if bathroom products were being rationed) and no bar/restaurant in hotel lobby. Cleveland is the most friendly town I've visited in a long time.

Pros: Close proximity to Q Arena
Cons: It is "bare bones" service

I chose this hotel because of the reviews....we couldn't have been happier. I thought perhaps we would be in a smaller room due to the "deal" we were getting. But our room was huge and the beds very comfortable. It was within easy walking distance of Tower City Center. We also had no trouble getting around the city without a car. This is where we will stay if we travel to Cleveland again. A+ Travelocity!

Pros: showers
Cons: get rid of the hot plastic type sheet protectors!

I was really impressed by the building itself. The lobby is gorgeous, and our room was fantastic. They even label the numerous pillows "soft"/"firm"! The room was immaculate, high ceilings, king size bed, a sitting area, kitchenette w/ fridge and microwave, and a bathroom with a showerhead that made me never want to leave. Two views of the city and a short walk to the House of Blues for dinner and a show, I was really happy. Overall, aside from the parking being so far, and the automatic revolving doors (watch out, we almost got crushed!) the trip was just wonderful.

Pros: Rooms, view, location
Cons: parking

Not your typical Holiday Inn Express. Nice old hotel with very large rooms and high ceilings. My room had at least 10' high windows. Unfortunately, the windows looked out on an abandonded and dilapidated building across the street. The large room did make the television across the room look pretty small. Prices were very reasonable compared to other downtown hotels, but garage parking was extra and accessed through the bank building next door. Front desk and free breakfast service were both very good.
