Reviewed by Thomas M. of on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Dec-2006 The service needs work; the employees are great, BUT there is not enough employees to support the number of guests. Checkout is the worst. You wait forever in line at the desk. Then they tell you to go grab lunch (preferably at their restaurant) since the wait for your car is over an hour; and they don?t allow you to get your car yourself?isn?t convenience the point of valeting! Fine...lunch?but what about our luggage, we have to check it...and of course, line at the bellhop?ughhh?at this point, I was ready to hitchhike home. Nice location, but NOT worth the aggravation. |

Reviewed by Sharon M. of on Sep-2006 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2006 I had come to this hotel expecting the best service/hospitality considering what a great neighbourhood it is in. As soon as I spoke my first word of English while ordering breakfast, I had the worst service from that moment on - rudeness, long waiting, cold food. Room was nice - just come for that here - eat elsewhere. |
