The staff was rude to me several times, for no apparent reason. They seem to be unprofessional. I had to complain to the manager, and when I went up to him to complain, another guest was in front of me, complaining about the same thing.Could use improving - Staff's attitude

My husband and I didn't have a good stay. The room we were in was in a state of disrepair. The heater didn't work, the bathroom mirror was propped up with wooden splints and the bathtub fixtures were corroded. The iron was also broken and when my husband asked for a new one he had to practically beg. I will not stay here again.

Clean rooms, great value for your dollar. Visiting friends in West Hills, this hotel was ideal for our needs. Twenty minute drive to their home. Many attractions in close proximity, Ronald Reagan Library, coastal mountains and the beaches at Malibu and Santa Monica. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Been hotel hopping Simi for 2 weeks encountering horrible staff, rooms, etc. Was even given key to room only to find naked man in bed. I came w/ no expectations. Staff was great, comfortable surroundings and climate. Only real complaint is the bathroom door automatically closes you inside a dimly lit bathroom. Would recommend to others visiting the Valley.

Asked for a receipt--they said they "don't do that." I asked for confirmation that there were no additional charges, as the gentleman in front of me seemed animated when told he couldn't have a receipt either. They said that although they couldn't give me a receipt, there were no extra charges. I let it go, and lo, 3 days later, there is a $35 dollar charge on my card. Now I'll have to spend hours getting this fixed. I should have stayed at a Hilton chain despite the drive. I won't be staying here ever again.
