Reviewed by Kym R. of Big Bear Lake of CA Good Ole USA on Oct-2006 Stayed at the Property - Oct-2006 Hotel conveniently located; rooms are recently renovated, stylish & had everything: sofa, chair, coffee table, comfy bed, desk, fridge, etc. View from room wasn't great, but you don't go to Hawaii to look out the window. Hotel seems to be under renovation, but NOT noisy. Could have used more staff at Reception Desk during peak hours, but they were friendly & everything else was great. Stores in lobby very convenient, concierge very helpful, Ala Moana Shopping Center just steps away! |

Reviewed by Robert R. of Great Mills of MD USA on Feb-2007 Stayed at the Property - Sep-2006 I enjoyed the Ala Moana Hotel. The view was amazing from our 23rd floor room. The pool was quite big. The bar beside the pool was perfect. Would I stay there again, in a heartbeat. I also liked the easy access to the Ala Moana Mall which has The Mai Tai bar at the very top level. The sushi restaurant behind the hotel is the best I have ever been in. It is quite small but the sushi and the service was awesome. |

Reviewed by Dennis S. of on Nov-2006 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2006 Room looked newly renovated, could have been cleaner, great towels, but very small. Location was very convenient. Next to bus stops, attached to a huge mall with everything you could want in food and shopping. Not on the beach but for the money it's hard to find one that is. |
