One male clerk was rude and unfriendly and one forgot the meaning of "Wake Up Call"..we almost missed our bus to the airport. Our room was musty and air conditioning was barely working. Sofa and carpet were moist.Could use improving - CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very pleasantly surprised and happy with the hotel. It had fast and easy service and the location is very close to everything. Its not beach front but honestly you don't need it, it's literally 2 blocks and there are many things close by like resturants and bus stops and the ever present ABC store. The only thing is that there was no on site spa and the spa that they sent us to was NOT good. Go to the 24 hours gym, their's is great and cheap.

Reviewed by tim k. of chantilly of va usa on Feb-2007 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2007 i upgraded the room to superior, but the room was still small. the bed was nice. bath/shower was too small. they need to change the breakfast menu once a while. nice walk to the beach. everything in walking distance if you want to stay in waikiki. rent a car to explore more and have fun. one really negative thing: the cleaning ladies left the bed sheets on the floor one time!

The open air lobby was wonderful. It was so close to all the shops and the beach. The continental breakfast was lacking, but the room decor was beautiful. There was this incredible metal fish sculpture on the wall and we got an awesome tv, a safe, free internet and enough pillows. Rooms were nice and clean.

Our first room was small with no balcony and we asked to be changed to another room (910) it was wonderful for the price. Microwave, refrig. etc. While the hotel is not on the water the walk to the beach was two blocks and it was a perfect location for night life and shopping. I would recommend this place and stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful.
