Reviewed by Megan H. of on Feb-2008 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2008 We had a great visit at this hotel, with a very convenient location (walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm), with very helpful employees and clean rooms. Room was very comparable to other mid-range hotels, and a bargain at the Travel agency rate. Shower curtains were changed with each visitor, the carpets were fine and we didn't see any trash. Our requested fridge was brought very promptly and worked perfectly. We ate in the restaurant twice and had good food and service, plus a visit from Snoopy, which thrilled my daughter.

I will never stay again

The tub was so small . If anyone asked me were to stay when visting Knotts Berry farm I would say stay at Radisson Suites Hotel. I stayed their the next night for less and didn't have to pay for parking lot like you do at Knotts Berry Farm Hotel. I mean really your paying enough just to stay in the hotel why do you have to pay for parking on top of that. The Radisson Hotel was biger and so much cleaner. It's really good for family. I will never stay at the Knotts Resort again.

Most everything about this place is terrific, but the rooms are starting to look a bit worn and the carpet is on its way out the door, or should be. Also, the cleaning service is very understaffed. Other than that, a good buy.

The room and hall was very ugly, it needs new carpet, new shower curtains, clean bathrooms. The carpet was so dirty our feet got dirty just walking on it, just gross, my 8 year old daughter was even grossed out! The staff at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. We wanted to chabge hotels but didn't want to go through the hassle. We only slept and took showers. I covered the floors with towels! Never again!

I would stay at a motel 6 first!

Carpets were lumpy, stained and needed cleaning. Beds were lumpy. Tub drain didn't drain. No one showed up to repair tub drain. We didn't order room service but they showed up with breakfast for some reason. More like a 2 star not 3 star. Bad experience

We were giving a room on the first floor, of a 9 floor hotel. Walking to our room, the hallway carpeting was filthy. Our room was at the very end of the dirty hall, there was a room service tray blocking the entrance. Inside the room it smelled of smoke and was musty. Bath tub had noticeable mold. After alerting the front desk, no apologies were given, although we did get a different room. We're not staying here again.

The only negative comments I have were that it was difficult to use the only available plug (for coffeepot, had to move) and that the staff (security?) seems a bit overzealous. I saw two different people approached (one was a family man with his children present). I found that a little excessive and it made it uncomfortable to even sit in the lobby, although I was a paying guest.

The lobby is pretty nice, and the restaurant was interesting too. But, the rooms do not seem modern. The wallpaper is ugly, The furniture looks cheap, and our bathroom had mold in the tub! Also, I was very disappointed to find that the rooms had no fridge, an no microwave. Just a coffee pot which wasn't even plugged in. For $* I felt like I got burned.

We were giving a room on the first floor, of a 9 floor hotel. Walking to our room, the hallway carpeting was filthy. Our room was at the very end of the dirty hall, there was a room service tray blocking the entrance. Inside the room it smelled of smoke and was musty. Bath tub had noticeable mold. After alerting the front desk, no apologies were given, although we did get a different room. We're not staying here again.

The only negative comments I have were that it was difficult to use the only available plug (for coffeepot, had to move) and that the staff (security?) seems a bit overzealous. I saw two different people approached (one was a family man with his children present). I found that a little excessive and it made it uncomfortable to even sit in the lobby, although I was a paying guest.

The lobby is pretty nice, and the restaurant was interesting too. But, the rooms do not seem modern. The wallpaper is ugly, The furniture looks cheap, and our bathroom had mold in the tub! Also, I was very disappointed to find that the rooms had no fridge, an no microwave. Just a coffee pot which wasn't even plugged in. For $* I felt like I got burned.

The room and hall was very ugly, it needs new carpet, new shower curtains, clean bathrooms. The carpet was so dirty our feet got dirty just walking on it, just gross, my 8 year old daughter was even grossed out! The staff at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. We wanted to chabge hotels but didn't want to go through the hassle. We only slept and took showers. I covered the floors with towels! Never again!

I would stay at a motel 6 first!

Carpets were lumpy, stained and needed cleaning. Beds were lumpy. Tub drain didn't drain. No one showed up to repair tub drain. We didn't order room service but they showed up with breakfast for some reason. More like a 2 star not 3 star. Bad experience

The lobby is pretty nice, and the restaurant was interesting too. But, the rooms do not seem modern. The wallpaper is ugly, The furniture looks cheap, and our bathroom had mold in the tub! Also, I was very disappointed to find that the rooms had no fridge, an no microwave. Just a coffee pot which wasn't even plugged in. For $* I felt like I got burned.

The room and hall was very ugly, it needs new carpet, new shower curtains, clean bathrooms. The carpet was so dirty our feet got dirty just walking on it, just gross, my 8 year old daughter was even grossed out! The staff at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. We wanted to chabge hotels but didn't want to go through the hassle. We only slept and took showers. I covered the floors with towels! Never again!

I would stay at a motel 6 first!

Carpets were lumpy, stained and needed cleaning. Beds were lumpy. Tub drain didn't drain. No one showed up to repair tub drain. We didn't order room service but they showed up with breakfast for some reason. More like a 2 star not 3 star. Bad experience

We were giving a room on the first floor, of a 9 floor hotel. Walking to our room, the hallway carpeting was filthy. Our room was at the very end of the dirty hall, there was a room service tray blocking the entrance. Inside the room it smelled of smoke and was musty. Bath tub had noticeable mold. After alerting the front desk, no apologies were given, although we did get a different room. We're not staying here again.

The only negative comments I have were that it was difficult to use the only available plug (for coffeepot, had to move) and that the staff (security?) seems a bit overzealous. I saw two different people approached (one was a family man with his children present). I found that a little excessive and it made it uncomfortable to even sit in the lobby, although I was a paying guest.

Carpets were lumpy, stained and needed cleaning. Beds were lumpy. Tub drain didn't drain. No one showed up to repair tub drain. We didn't order room service but they showed up with breakfast for some reason. More like a 2 star not 3 star. Bad experience

We were giving a room on the first floor, of a 9 floor hotel. Walking to our room, the hallway carpeting was filthy. Our room was at the very end of the dirty hall, there was a room service tray blocking the entrance. Inside the room it smelled of smoke and was musty. Bath tub had noticeable mold. After alerting the front desk, no apologies were given, although we did get a different room. We're not staying here again.

We were treated as second class citizens at check-in because we received a discount. The walls are thin, room noisy, carpet torn and needs remodeling in my opinion.

The lobby is pretty nice, and the restaurant was interesting too. But, the rooms do not seem modern. The wallpaper is ugly, The furniture looks cheap, and our bathroom had mold in the tub! Also, I was very disappointed to find that the rooms had no fridge, an no microwave. Just a coffee pot which wasn't even plugged in. For $* I felt like I got burned.
