I was turned away at reception and offered a room at an inferior hotel after having a confirmed reservation number. I was not the only guest turned away due to their overbooking! Well don Hilton Fisherman's Wharf!

The hotel is at amzing location. It's so close to everything in the city! There are SO MANY Dining options - Seafood, Italian, Chinese .. you name it! lost of public transportation close by. Cable car stop is a block away!!! What an amazing stay and good time me and my family had here...

Pros: Biggest rooms and Location

The hotel is in a great location with soft beds and pillows. But you can hear it when the occupant of the room above walks and talks. You can even hear him snore! Not very good for a Hilton.

Pros: bed and soft pillows

Have stayed at the Hilton on the Wharf for four years, and enjoyed it more each year. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, as was the concierge. The beds are the best, and my only disappointment was with the charge in the business center for internet access. Very quiet hotel and nicely appointed. Thanks for a great stay in SF!

Excellent location, steps from Chinatown and downtown SFO. Clean, comfortable rooms. Problem with accoustics though (pronounced street noise even on the 24th floor!). Beware of parking charges (atrocious $45 per day plus tax)

This is actually a fairly small hotel that does not have many amenities. There is no airport shuttle, no pool, and an extremely small exercise room. They had an okay restaurant, which mainly serves breakfast. It is close to Fisherman?s Wharf, but considering the amount we paid per night, I expected more. I gave an extra point for the staff, who were great.

Pros: close to Fisherman's Wharf
Cons: hotel amenities
