Reviewed by Marsha F. of of OH USA on Feb-2007 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2007 The staff was most friendly and helpful. I could with ease state that of all the hotels I have frequented, this one oozed with courtesy. |

Reviewed by Amanda S. of Seattle of WA USA on Nov-2006 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2006 service folks were very friendly, decor very lush, but bathroom, window and shower curtains in disrepair and two lamps with nearly-falling-off lampshades. Finery that looked worn out. |

| Pros: | beautiful decor, quiet rooms |
| Cons: | multiple curtains and lamps in gross disrepair |

Reviewed by Helen S. of Chicago of IL USA on Nov-2006 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2006 Our room was cramped, the closet didn't have enough room to hang a suit and dress. We were kept awake most of the night from hallway noise. The exercise room is on the same floor as the smoking rooms and the hallway reeks of stale smoke, not exactly healthy. |

Reviewed by Galen B. of Keene of NH United States on Sep-2006 Stayed at the Property - Aug-2006 This hotel was GREAT--luxurious, across from Copley Plaza, etc. When I had a medical procedure the next day, MGH was VERY easy to get to from there. They even parked our car for us and picked us up on the curb. The price is ridiculous, but the conference paid for it, and we were VERY happy |
