Reviewed by Marissa B. of New York of NY U.S. on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 "It's a Hilton. How bad can it be?" VERY BAD. It's in a seedy part of town across from the bus station. I didn't feel safe walking around with my 7-yr-old daughter. The pool/spa were shallow, small, dirty-looking and COLD! No room service for breakfast or lunch. The mall nearby is not very nice or safe-looking. While the Reading Terminal Market is dark and creepy at night. Unfortunately, I'd prepaid and couldn't move without losing my money. Like X, this hotel abuses the Hilton name.

They were knowledgable about the area, did whatever they could to make sure we were comfortable, and helpful in every way possible. We'll stay there again the next time we visit Philly!

The room was spacious and clean; the computer room off the lobby was very convenient. The noise level was horrible - lots of drunken partiers in the hallways. Their security was a bad joke.
