Check address carefully in comparison to where you want to spend your time - not as close to the beach as others (but doable if you have rental car). Parking is included which some have griped about at other hotels BUT hotel is located near toll road and unless you ask locals, you'll probably end up spending several dollars per trip if you don't plan ahead. Major difficulty with printer in business center and customer service was unresponsive, but it was 1:00 in the morning.

The staff was pleaseant.The only thing that did not make the trip a 5 was I was under the impresion the Continental breakfast was free.(I assumed that was the case when I asked one of the employee's and he just smiled) I think I did a good job hiding disbelief when I was handed a check for $20.00. Other then that, I would definitely come back.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, although it did take awhile for them to bring us more towles. The hotel is very beautiful and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of food places around the hotel although the streets are NOT pedestrian friendly, but no where in Miami is. I would recommend this place to others and I will be staying here again when I return. Loved it!

To top it off we were on our "Honeymoon" so we were just excited to be away. Our room was on the 1st floor and we had our own private patio, which we utlized every evening. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, although it did take awhile for them to bring us more towles. The hotel is very beautiful and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of food places around the hotel although the streets are NOT pedestrian friendly, but no where in Miami is. I would recommend this place to others and I will be staying here again when I return. Loved it!

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, the room was very clean. I will be retuning back this year.

The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice except I didn't care for the rainlike shower head, drizzled too slow. The restaurant was alittle on the expensive side.

I did not tried their restaurant because there is so many restaurants close to the hotel. Also the hotel is very centralize, golf, malls, airport, etc. I really recommend this hotel.
