We checked into this La Quinta hotel-- dirty carpets-stained sheets(!!) freezing air conditioning, very poor service. Shuttle service to the 'T' station at Sullivan Square, and were told this was a 24 hour service: at 10:30 pm we called for pickup from the 'T' and were told service stopped at 10! We walked back (about a mile) Next morning we were told the 'shuttle' was not really a featured service, so we had no right to complain!!!! The 'breakfast' was laughable, very bleak, I'll never stay in a La Quinta facility again, recommend others steer clear of them too.

The hotel was very easy to find and convenient to the Sullivan Square T-station. The shuttle service was a definite bonus. Unfortunately, the fitness room left much to be desired. The temperature in the room was unbearable and equipment was in poor shape. There was mold on the walls and ceiling and no fans or ventilation. Our room was clean, but extremely hot at night with no real way to cool it off adequately. The staff was friendly and breakfast was nice.

When I arrived I received keys to a room that was OCCUPIED! Yes, I walked IN ON SOMEONE...NOT GOOD!!! Made me kind of scared, GOD this could happen to me!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER...Be sure a room is EMPTY before assigning a person to a room and giving them a key!!! What is UP with that!!!!! Also, cleanliness...I was in a King Room that was supposedly recently renovated. Furniture and bedding was fine, but the carpets in the hotel and lamp shades in my room definitely showing lack of attention!!! Cleanliness was probably a drawback!
