After getting lost, I tried to call the hotel, but online travel website printed an advertisement over the number. It turns out we had driven past the hotel because the name had changed to something completely different, with Hyatt in it. When we got there, the non-apologetic staff said the name had changed the same day I made my reservation. Also, they did not have an ice machine and the icemaker takes hours.

Pros: location and suite setup
Cons: communication with travelocity

Staff needs improvement! I asked for extra towels and they told me I have to go get them. (3 towels in a 4 person room.) So I went to get them, and the woman at the desk rolled her eyes and told me this is the last time. It was the first time! Great location and great hot tub. Pool was VERY cold. Loved the security in place.

Cons: food/service

We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly & helpful. Suites were large & clean. They have a 24 hr market with food for emergencies as well as a laundry room. Parking is gated so no worries about security. ONLY complaint was continental breakfast which was not very good. We will be back again :)

Cons: Continental Breakfast

The price was right, it was near a location I needed to be and the parking was free. That said, this place is just mediocre and nothing special at all. Everything seemed clean enough, but the decor could use some real updating. Fortunately, Hotel ZaZa is not far away and makes for a great place to have drinks & dinner at Dragonfly. You could never invite clients to join you at Bradford. Just an ok place to fall down at night after a long day of meetings.

Pros: free parking
Cons: decor

This is a great hotel. Right in downtown. I actually walked the mile or so to the convention center. It's a long walk, but doable. Great room with its own kitchenette. Stove, sink, dishwasher, dishes/silverware, etc. There is a little self-serv store open 24/7. Only thing to improve was the shuttle. There was only one and the guy ran his butt off, but still took a while to get the shuttle. A hotel this size should have at least 2 shuttles.

Pros: kitchenette/market
Cons: shuttle service
