He proposed in Central Park and when we got back to the hotel room to change for dinner there were rose petals everywhere and even a bottle of champagne... The hotel staff really went all out to make sure that our whole proposal weekend was unforgettable!!

We had to change room 2 times, once because the room smelled like an ash tray, the second time because there were people already in the room. They then told us that they needed a credit card that would not be charged. The card was indeed charged $300 dollars for "incidentals" which we were not informed of during check-in. When asking the staff about this, they were extremely rude, unapologetic, and making jokes when we were visibly upset. Would never go back here again. Appaling.
