Reviewed by Joshua F. of Troy, of MI USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The clerks at the front desk were rude and unfriendly. The room was old and dirty when we arrived and smelled of smoke (it was a non-smoking room). We had to call housekeeping each day to replace dirty glasses and restock toiletries. When we arrived we were told that parking was free, but a $25/day charge shows up at the end. Concierge was not helpful what-so-ever. I would never stay here again and recommend nobody else does either.

The rooms were nothing to write home about and overall there was nothing special about it. I honestly find it hard to believe that "stars" frequent this hotel.

The rooms are well maintained, the coincierge serveice very helpful as is the front desk. Everyon e on the staff is very pleasant. The location is perfect, near the subway in bad weather and walking distance in good weather to theatares, shops and restaurants. Garage clean and easy to get in and out of.
