The "non-smoking" room I ordered turned out to be smoking. The neighbors who came and went at all hours of the night had great cell phone ringers, since we could hear them through the walls. I expect some comings and going from people at all hours, I mean it's Vegas, but to be able to name that tune on a cell phone ring, and hear their conversations through the walls was a little much.Could use improving - thin walls, dingy

* Most people are wider than 15". Position shower curtain rods an additional six inchs out so that the shower curtain does not wrap its self around the person taking a shower. * If your not going to offer free Wi Fi in your hotel (in Las Vegas I understand why) but charge $13.99 a day for it, position the retractable cat5 patchcord within reach of the table or writing desk.

One of the receptionists was unprofessional (she stayed on the phone when I checked in), and had no idea what she was talking about. The lighting in the rooms after four lamps was still dim.The internet access didn't work. The water temperature was up and down. Most of the hotel smelled like smoke. The reception on the tv was shaking. I am not exaggerating any of this...I'm used to very high standards and Boulder Station failed in a terrible way. I can go on but I only get 100 words. This was a business trip but if I took my family I would have had to check out immediately!!!!

This hotel is vey large and has a huge variety of amenities. We do not gamble, but found other things to do within the hotel: movie theater, wide selection of restaurants, kid play place, arcade, entertainment. We had someone staying down from us who was smoking and we made a call to the desk and they took care of the problem so that we do not have to smell it. We had a great time and would go back again.

Pros: restaurants
Cons: EVERYTHING

If you have a rental car and don't mind staying 15 minutes off the strip, you can't beat Boulder Station. No check in lines, excellent table games and a very good Italian restaurant.

Pros: price
Cons: BEDS

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms and beds, very nice staff, great places to eat IN THE HOTEL. Just too much smoke in the casino and you have to travel through/near the casino to go just about anywhere.

Pros: large, comfortable rooms
Cons: the bathroom and the exterior walls
