The hotel wasn't anything fancy, it was a standard room with a good night's sleep. What amazed me was the service from the front desk. They were extremely helpful and courteous. In staying at the hotel, there was one thing that surprised me, which was an additional fee that was charged, due to online travel website not covering. It was a nominal fee, so it wasn't a big deal.

Pros: Proximity to Disneyland
Cons: Furniture

Nice lobby, close to Disneyland, don't bother with the shuttle, it is faster to just walk, and with the stroller, it was no problem. There is basically no drawer space, and with a smaller room, and all the kid stuff, that can get pretty tight if you are staying several nights.

Pros: near disneyland
Cons: VERY little drawer space

This hotel is great for its cost, the hotel is very nice and very very close to disneyland... The only negative issue I had was the noise level, walls are kinda thin and floors just creak all day long, other than this I fully recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location for disneyland but that was about it. The complimentary breakfast was poor. We complained about the coffee being cold but nothing was done. They were also selling bagel sandwiches as part of their complimentary breakfast which I found outrageous. We had trouble with the appliances in the room and asked for help. We had to move them around to plug them in. We received no help. When I was checking out and wanted to talk to someone they were uninterested and said to complain to travel agent. For the price I would recommend another hotel/motel

We were disappointed with this hotel. If you have images of soaking up the sun on a nice pool deck, forget it. The hotel's pool area is surrounded by huge walls and is a disappointment. Also, our room faced a brick wall and our window did not close all the way and we could hear noise from the busy street outside. Worst of all, my daughter slept on a pillow that had candy stuck to it from a previous guest. Yucko. The hotel staff was nice and gave us new pillows and a discount, but the damage was done. The free breakfast is cold cereal, apples, and toast.
