We had someone knocking on our door asking for someone who was not in our room. When we told them that they had the wrong room it seems like they did not believe us because they left but called on the phone . Other than that it is a nice place to stay. Could use improving - spa & security

Reviewed by Flavio D. of Lake Elsinore of CA USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Mar-2007 We can honestly say that in our five trips to the Ft Lauderdale/Miami area that this has been the best hotel that we stayed at. The rooms and hotel were clean, the staff was attentive and pleasant, the deluxe complimentary continental breakfast and free wireless internet access were greatly appreciated. The only minor negative item was a missing room safe key. When I inquired about getting a safe key with the front desk staff, they apologized and offered to move us to a room with a working safe. Very nice gesture but not neccessary. We will definitely return to this hotel!
