Reviewed by J.T. . of on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 So, okay, the definition of asuite seems to be a standard room with a low divider wall and a couch. :) That aside, rooms are very clean, nicely equipped (WiFi, tv, fridge, microwave, a/c) and the staff is friendly and accomodating. Great (cheaper) alternative to staying in Santa Barbara proper!

Great price, large clean room seemed recently freshened up, 30 " TV, mircowave, fridge, and coffee maker. No restaurant or bar, but price included generous free continental breakfast; 10 minutes from downtown S.B. at less than half the price of S.B.

The room was one of the nicest I've seen and everything worked and was new (room 108). Bed was very comfortable. The 101 freeway is behind the hotel but all I had to do was close the window at night and did NOT hear the freeway noise at all. The location is perfect. Very short 10 minute drive up to SB. Don't miss Carpinteria! Very cute, quaint, and they have a lot of shops. Honestly, this hotel is a rare find. I will stay there again most definitely.
