We called the hotel and when we got there, were upgraded to a great room on an upper floor with a view of the city. The bell and desk staff were friendly, helpful, and parked our car for us because of the late time of our arrival. The concierge gave us excellent pointers for touring Vieux Montreal, where to shop, and we ate at Eggspectations as he suggested! All excellent experiences!!! The room was clean, the bed superbly comfortable! Will definitely stay at this hotel again! |
