Requested and was told this was a wheelchair accessible room, but this room was a nightmare. Bed was way too high for me to get into without assistance. Jacuzzi tub impossible to get in or out of, even with assistance. No handheld shower, which is a necessity for someone in a wheelchair. Bathroom sink counter was loose and coming apart from the wall. Even shower bench they loaned us was missing two back screws. Was not replaced even when brought to their attention. Room met no ADA requirements. I was lucky I was not injured.
