Great downtown hotel. BUT NO onsite parking. We arrived at 11:30 at night and two ladies had to walk 3-4 blocks in downtown Chicago to a parking garage and then back to the hotel at midnight.

This hotel, which has free wireless Internet service, has well-sized and well-appointed rooms. Also, refillable water bottles and caps were available at a water filter on my floor. I had never stayed in a Club Quarters before, and I certainly will do it again! The Club room and other common areas were under renovation when I was there, so it'll even get better

We were in Chicago to go sailing out of Monroe Harbor. The Club Quarters offered a small room with a Loop location at an exceptionally reasonable price. The room was very nice and the buiding's interior looked new. This is a private club that only rents rooms on a limited basis to the public. Note that there are very few restaurants or activities in this area of the Loop on weekends. It is not the heart of where the action is, but it's within easy walking distance to the Art Museum, the loop theaters, Union Station, and Millenium Park. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a good stay here. The room was small, but totally manageable. The bed was a little hard, but also ok. Hotel was very clean and smelled great. A cab from Midway was only $27. The hotel held our bags after checkout until we needed to leave for the airport. We had a handicap room by chance which had a huge bathroom. The only change I would make is the bathroom needs warming lamps, it was FREEZING in there! Overall a great place for the money, would definately stay there again!

It's literally not on par with Ritz Carlton, but it's an exceptional value. Checking-in/out can get backed up at crunch times, but breath deeply and think about your savings. Doorman to help with bags and cabs. Room service via adjacent restaurant. 7-11 across street. Coffee maker. Irons and boards. Free WI-FI in rooms. Three computers for e-mail and surfing. This hotel was wonderful. Upon walking in I felt like I was entering a private club. Very secure and very high end decor. The location was close, but not too close to Michigan Ave. The price was very reasonable. And the room...it was absolutely beautiful!! The bathroom, the wood furniture, thick comfy mattress & comforter, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, & plates, wireless internet, and the list goes on... I just wish my trip was longer so I could have stayed a couple of extra days!

Digital thermostat. Room size would be challenging for overseas-couple with 2-4 big bags. 24-hour Kinkos about $10 cab ride.

After reading all of the comments about this place, I was very suprised at how big the rooms actually were compared to the other reviews. The hotel was so easy to check into and out of. Staff was friendly. There was a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel. There was a lounge with a functioning fireplace. Also a business center where we printed out out plane tickets for free. All in all, it was just what we were hoping for. I would have liked a thicker comforter since it was so cold that weekend. But we could turn up the heat as high as we wanted.

The location was close, but not too close to Michigan Ave. The price was very reasonable. And the room...it was absolutely beautiful!!

Pros: quick checkin/checkout
Cons: thicker comforters

Good location. Prompt, friendly service from desk and valet. This is the first hotel that gave me toothpaste! Narrow halls and small rooms, but that's what you get in Chicago. Very drafty HVAC in room. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Great restaurant but closed too early.

Pros: Restaurant & Business Center
Cons: In-room HVAC way too drafty.
