Great location in Center City, convienient to all kinds of shopping and sights. Hotel itself very nice. Looks small on the outside but really has a very spacious and comfy lobby. The room was beyond my expectations for comfort and was not too big or too small. Will definitely use this hotel again.

The staff was very helpful. Also, the cleaning staff was very efficient. No matter what time I returned to my room it was always clean. I wouldn't recommend it for families or even couples who mind close quarters, but otherwise a good place to stay.

LOVED the high ceiling and street view!! Nice classy touches throughout hotel...wish we were there alone and without all of our kids! The restaurant looked VERY romantic and upscale. Beautiful lobby area!

It needs major improvement. The concierge service also left something to be desired as they weren't very helpful. They could answer only basic questions about the area and didn't offer to call restaraunts or attractions for you, they simply stated "I don't know, I suggest you call them". Definitely not the level of service you receive in most hotels. The hotel itself is a great bargain though, so if you don't mind giving up some of the amenities it is worth the money.

Provided one wash cloth and one hand towel, and one tea bag for two people. Access from street to lobby required elevator, and this was unwieldy. On site restaurant promised 15% reduction for guests that charged to room. This did not occur. I would stay elsewhere.

Rooms are small yet pleasingly comfy/stylish, but cramped and sometimes oddly arranged furniture. Minimal storage for luggage/clothes. Cheap soap and 'conditioning-shampoo' will frazzle your hair. Never a street-level doorman/bellhop to help take luggage up to the second floor check-in, you're on your own. Clumsy self-check-in kiosk never works right, causing aggravated staff to intervene. The affordable rate and good location keeps me coming back.

What I could not get used to was being next to the coin operated laundry room where, apparently, guests can do laundry at any hour, like 4:30am. I could hear the chug of the washer clearly! Elevators from street to lobby can often take a very long time. Good beds & pillows!

The beds were comfortable but I would have preferred 2 doubles at least. The parking was at a garage that was across the street and around the corner. It was inconvenient but doable. It was a bit scary having to leave the hotel at 4:30AM and walk alone to the parking garage.

It needs major improvement. The concierge service also left something to be desired as they weren't very helpful. They could answer only basic questions about the area and didn't offer to call restaraunts or attractions for you, they simply stated "I don't know, I suggest you call them". Definitely not the level of service you receive in most hotels. The hotel itself is a great bargain though, so if you don't mind giving up some of the amenities it is worth the money.

Rooms are small yet pleasingly comfy/stylish, but cramped and sometimes oddly arranged furniture. Minimal storage for luggage/clothes. Cheap soap and 'conditioning-shampoo' will frazzle your hair. Never a street-level doorman/bellhop to help take luggage up to the second floor check-in, you're on your own. Clumsy self-check-in kiosk never works right, causing aggravated staff to intervene. The affordable rate and good location keeps me coming back.

The beds were comfortable but I would have preferred 2 doubles at least. The parking was at a garage that was across the street and around the corner. It was inconvenient but doable. It was a bit scary having to leave the hotel at 4:30AM and walk alone to the parking garage.

We got the studio room and found it larger than we expected after reading the other reviews. Orchids in the lobby made our day as did excellent service from the staff. Great location in the city for walking to all the tourist areas...highly recomend this hotel for a night or a week!!

What I could not get used to was being next to the coin operated laundry room where, apparently, guests can do laundry at any hour, like 4:30am. I could hear the chug of the washer clearly! Elevators from street to lobby can often take a very long time. Good beds & pillows!

The beds were comfortable but I would have preferred 2 doubles at least. The parking was at a garage that was across the street and around the corner. It was inconvenient but doable. It was a bit scary having to leave the hotel at 4:30AM and walk alone to the parking garage.

It needs major improvement. The concierge service also left something to be desired as they weren't very helpful. They could answer only basic questions about the area and didn't offer to call restaraunts or attractions for you, they simply stated "I don't know, I suggest you call them". Definitely not the level of service you receive in most hotels. The hotel itself is a great bargain though, so if you don't mind giving up some of the amenities it is worth the money.

Rooms are small yet pleasingly comfy/stylish, but cramped and sometimes oddly arranged furniture. Minimal storage for luggage/clothes. Cheap soap and 'conditioning-shampoo' will frazzle your hair. Never a street-level doorman/bellhop to help take luggage up to the second floor check-in, you're on your own. Clumsy self-check-in kiosk never works right, causing aggravated staff to intervene. The affordable rate and good location keeps me coming back.

Rooms are small yet pleasingly comfy/stylish, but cramped and sometimes oddly arranged furniture. Minimal storage for luggage/clothes. Cheap soap and 'conditioning-shampoo' will frazzle your hair. Never a street-level doorman/bellhop to help take luggage up to the second floor check-in, you're on your own. Clumsy self-check-in kiosk never works right, causing aggravated staff to intervene. The affordable rate and good location keeps me coming back.

What I could not get used to was being next to the coin operated laundry room where, apparently, guests can do laundry at any hour, like 4:30am. I could hear the chug of the washer clearly! Elevators from street to lobby can often take a very long time. Good beds & pillows!

The beds were comfortable but I would have preferred 2 doubles at least. The parking was at a garage that was across the street and around the corner. It was inconvenient but doable. It was a bit scary having to leave the hotel at 4:30AM and walk alone to the parking garage.

What I could not get used to was being next to the coin operated laundry room where, apparently, guests can do laundry at any hour, like 4:30am. I could hear the chug of the washer clearly! Elevators from street to lobby can often take a very long time. Good beds & pillows!

The beds were comfortable but I would have preferred 2 doubles at least. The parking was at a garage that was across the street and around the corner. It was inconvenient but doable. Never a street-level doorman/bellhop to help take luggage up to the second floor check-in, you're on your own. Clumsy self-check-in kiosk never works right, causing aggravated staff to intervene. The affordable rate and good location keeps me coming back.

The beds were comfortable but I would have preferred 2 doubles at least. The parking was at a garage that was across the street and around the corner. It was inconvenient but doable. It was a bit scary having to leave the hotel at 4:30AM and walk alone to the parking garage.

We got the studio room and found it larger than we expected after reading the other reviews. Orchids in the lobby made our day as did excellent service from the staff.
