But overall a great value, great location and a wonderful staff. They follow through with all complaints and leave nothing unresolved.

My room was tiny and cramped with torn carpeting. I had much better choices for a few bucks more. Don't believe the pictures on their web site. If you're booking a room online, that's not your room.

Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and even has a movie theater and arcade on the same block. The front desk needs a little work, as it took quite a while for them to find my room reservation, but they were curteous when calling for a wake up call and the alike. A good hotel if you're not spending that much time in your hotel room (and in Seattle, it's doubtful you'll spend that much time in your hotel room).

It was a little far from the Federal Building where I needed to go for business. I got the single room and it was perfectly fine. Although the bath is small and only has a shower, the room was very nice and it was fine for one person as advertised. Its a good price for a hotel in that location.

Since we are seniors, our days were busy and we looked forward to relaxing with a martini around the piano. The piano is there but unfortunately, no music!! The feature is aslo presented in the material in the room. We feel this is false advertising.
