Reviewed by Gwen R. of on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 Great hotel. Very clean and the beds were fantastic. Only one complaint. The elevators took forever! Would have taken the stairs but could not muster carrying a 5 year old down 14 flights.

The front desk and Guest Services staff are excellent! They stored our luggage on our early arrival (we arrived at 9am), and set us up with the shuttle to SNA on our departure. While not directly on the grounds of Disney, it?s a reasonable walk to the Pumon parking lot shuttle. We walked back & forth through the weekend. Only issue was the noise from the neighboring room of cheerleaders. Adjoining room doors are not sound-proof. Not a huge problem, we weren?t in the room much!

Guest services were the most helpful bunch of guys. Anything you thought of doing they were able to help you plan or suggest alternative activities that they felt would interest you. The beds in the room were extremely comfortable. Within walking distance to Disney yet far enough that the noise is not a factor.
